B for buttermilk..buttermilk and mint shot

On today's summery day lets chill ourselves with a nice rejuvenating
"Buttermilk and mint shot"

Ingredients:
1) Fresh buttermilk-1 litre
2) Fresh mint leaves- 10-12 leaves
3) Ginger-about 1 inch
4) Cumin (jeera) powder -2 tea spoon
5) Salt- as per taste
6) Sugar- as per taste
7) Rock salt- as per taste
8) water.

Procedure:
1) Take the mint leaves,ginger and jeera powder in a grinder and grind finely.
2) Add buttermilk.salt,sugar and rock salt.
3) Blend nicely till a foam appears on top.
4) Place it in a refrigerator and serve chilled.
